Saturday night at 01:00 almost at the end of my night walk, I arrived at Clarke Quay and I was captred by the colors of the lights, the strange covers, the reflections, etc. I chose a long exposure to cancel some of the people that were walking around and especially to "flatten" the water and get almost a perfect reflection.
